  3.     Yo! Here are some reviews, hope ya like 'em!
  4. (³This article IS old, but don't panic!²)
  5.     ¹De La Soul³: De La Soul is dead!² This is the second album from De la
  6. Soul (³DLS² from now on ..). It's also better than their first album (3 Feet
  7. High And Rising). It contains ³27 tracks² (!), but some of them are just short
  8. '³skits²' as DLS calls them. The whole album is a '³read along storybook²' and
  9. if ya buy the CD, you'll get a little 'mag' with it. Great! 
  10.     DLS represents
  11. a new style of rap, which is also known as ³NEW SCHOOL². Anyway, there are no swearing words, and the lyrics aren't aggressive,
  12. instead they're funny. That was the reason why DLS became famous in the
  13. first place, they were ³different². Well, I don't have much more to say, the
  14. album contains the hit single 'Ring ring ring', which you should have
  15. heard. It's a great album, go & buy it!!
  16.     ¹N.W.A.³: Efil4Zaggin!² Well, this is tha latest album from N.W.A. (Niggers
  17. With Attitude). What could I say.. Lots of swearing words, it's ³banned²
  18. in UK, over 300 000 copies are confiscated. This album was number 1 in
  19. the states, it hasn't sold very well over here in Finland. I've heard that
  20. it was the first rap album with an '³Explict Lyrics²' sticker to be the
  21. number one in the charts.. 
  22.     Anyway, back to the album.. First I found this album quite boring,
  23. the songs weren't anything special. Well, after listening to it for 10
  24. times or more, I suddenly started to like it. Strange, but it got better
  25. every time I listened to it.. ³Now I love it!² There are 18 songs, of which
  26. some are 'just' speach. I think that this is the best N.W.A. album yet,
  27. it's also quite funny.. These guys do this for fun, not for money! I think
  28. that it's very cool.. Fuck Tha Police! Hehee.. Anyway, for perverts this is
  29. a must, those who liked the earlier albums from N.W.A. will probably like this
  30. one too.. This is a great album!! ³(Now, 8 months later, I don't listen
  31. to N.W.A. very often. I just wanna say that if ya don't like the earlier
  32. albums from N.W.A., ya won't like this one either!)
  33.     ¹ICE-T³: Original Gangsta!² First, I'd like to say that this album
  34. offers nothing new. That doesn't mean that it ain't good, it just doesn't offer
  35. anything new. This album contains 24 songs and it's 72 minutes long ! As
  36. some of you might know, ICE-T played a cop in the movie '³New Jack City²'.
  37. This album contains some songs from the film, but it ain't a soundtrack or
  38. something like that. This is Gangsta Rap, and if you don't like one song,
  39. you won't like any other either. First I thought that the songs resembled
  40. each other too much, but after listening to it over and over again, I
  41. felt that it was really ³cool² ! But I'd advise you to listen to it before
  42. you buy it, because otherwise you might be disappointed. Still, I think
  43. this is the best album from ICE-T so far and I just love it !
